REQUEST FOR OFFICIAL RECOGNITION

                   Having successfully inaugurated the Ovia North-East Local Government Area farmers multi-purpose co-operative Union Limite, and officially handed over the registration Certificate to the Chairman of the Local Government Area, with a copy forwarded to the house through the Leader of the House, we have resolved to request for the official recognition of this Apex Union as the Frmers representative body in the Area.

The farmers in Ovia North East, and indeed the State as a whole has faced hard time, even though they toil day and night to produce the food  consumed by the people.

This recognition is expected to enhance the inclution of the sector in the preparation of the budget and also providing all basic requirement expected to help boost the activities of the farmers in the area.
